Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship stationery orders within 48 hours, and framed prints take up to 3 working days to be printed and framed in our studio. You should generally allow 1-5 days for your order to arrive domestically.

Will my framed print arrive safely?

Yes! We are now able to ship our Blacklist timber and museum grade perspex frames within Australia. These ship in a custom heavy duty cardboard box and to date we have had no damages sending these to our customers. If for some reason there is a breakage, we will replace it for you.

Do you ship internationally?

We definitely do. We love seeing our products sent over to other countries and use DHL for all our international orders. Unfortunately we cannot ship our frames overseas due to their size.

How much is shipping?

Australia: Flat rate $10 • Stationery only $5 • Free shipping over $50

Rest of the world: Flat rate $50 • Free shipping over $500

What if my art print is damaged in transit?

To date, we are proud to say only a very small handful of art prints have been damaged in transit over the years, and we take great pride in our level of packaging – especially for our framed items which are packaged in a custom designed shipping carton. In the unlikely event your art print is damaged in transit, we will replace it for for free.

What if I get my art print up on the wall and I don't like it?

We want make buying art online a breeze, so are pleased to offer you easy, cost-free returns for a store credit on any purchase you make online within 7 days of receiving your order. No questions asked. (Australia Only).

General

How long can I store my art print in the tube?

We recommend framing your print as soon as possible, however, if you intend on storing it for some time, we would encourage you to take your print out of the tube and store it flat in a dry place. No returns or exchanges can be made on products that exceed the 14 day returns policy.

How often do you release new items?

We release two complete collections a year, in February and August. We do also release limited edition items in between those months, best bet is to follow us on social media to find out when our limited edition products are released. Our Instagram accounts are @blackliststudio and @blackliststore.

Who does all your artwork?

All of our products are designed by Nathan and Jaynie Johnson at Blacklist H.Q in Sydney.
